(3)any wrongful, willful, or negligent act of omission on any part of any other party not under the supervision or control of the Operator
By entering into any type of agreement with this Tour Operator, all parties who sign this agreement and are authorized to act as a representative for this group agree to abide by the statements made on this page and any revisions made hereafter.
